MHS Fantasy Sports respects your right to privacy. All information obtained will be considered strictly confidential. Under no circumstances will any of this information be sold or published to outside sources except where necessary for the awarding of individual prizes or promotional bonuses.
Personal Information

MHS Fantasy Sports may request information so you can join our mailing lists, enter contests, send us web site feedback and/or submit customer service questions. The requested information may include personal information such as your name, e-mail address, phone number and home address. Additionally, we may collect marketing data such as your how you heard about MHS Fantasy Sports. We will only collect information to the extent deemed reasonably necessary to fulfill your requests and our legitimate business objectives.
The information you submit to MHS Fantasy Sports is used so that we may notify you about important game notes, upcoming contests and other special offers. COPPA

In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, COPPA, MHS Fantasy Sports will not knowingly contact, solicit, or collect personal information or accept any contest registration from any child under the age of 17. We realize that COPPA says anyone under the age of 13. It is not an error when we say we do not accept contest registrations from any child under the age of 17. We do not have any content on our site that would be considered harmful to children and certainly do not restrict children from visiting our site.
MHS Fantasy Sports will not do the following:

NOT collect online contact information without prior parental consent or parental notification, which will include an opportunity for the parent to prevent use of the information and participation in the activity. Without prior parental consent, online information will only be used to respond directly to the child's request and will not be used for other purposes without prior parental consent.

3. NOT distribute to third parties any personally identifiable information with out prior parental consent.
4. NOT entice by the prospect of a special game, prize or other activity, to divulge more information than is needed to participate in the activity.
Online Purchases

Visitors purchasing services online will be required to provide a valid credit card number and expiration date, in addition to name, mailing address, phone number and e-mail address. We use Secure Socket Layering (SSL) to encrypt your credit card information, which is the industry standard for secure online transactions.
